Why can't I buy some patterns listed on the website directly from IndiePatterns? 

IndiePatterns tries to list all independent sewing patterns out there.  Some of the Designers have chosen to participate on the site as a seller, thus you are able to purchase patterns directly here.  Other Designers are aware of the website but at this time are not participating commercially.  In the latter cases, you will be redirected to the Designer's website to purchase the pattern. 

Do I get IndiePoints by purchasing patterns from Designer's website?

Because IndiePatterns is not able to track which users have purchased patterns from Designer's website, we are not able to issue IndiePoints towards those purchases.  Only patterns purchased on IndiePatterns.com are eligible for IndiePoints. 

I lost the email with the download link for the pattern, how do I access the pattern again? 

You should be able to re-download the files when you log in to your IndiePatterns account.  If you are having issues finding your purchased patterns, please send us an email at hello@indiepatterns.com and we will assist you. 

Can I re-download a purchased pattern if I didn't create an account with IndiePatterns? 

If you do not have an account with IndiePatterns, please send us an email at hello@indiepatterns.com and we will try to assist you. 

How do I check my IndiePoints balance? 

To check your IndiePoints balance, log into your IndiePatterns account and click on the Orange "Rewards" pop up on the bottom right of your screen.  You should see your points there. 

Can I use any of the patterns to make clothes to sale? 

The patterns are for personal use only.  If you would like to use any of the patterns for commercial use, please contact the Designer directly to see if it is possible. 

How do I get my patterns listed on the site? 

If you are a Designer and would like to list and sell your patterns through IndiePatterns, please send us an email at hello@indiepatterns.com and we will review your request.
